Ordering QuestionsDo you ship to Canada? For RO/DI systems, it costs an extra $20 to cover postage for a total of $45. It is shipped UPS Ground. Click the button below to add the extra $20. I recently (January 9, 2008) was better informed about the taxes and brokerage fees being charged once an RO/DI system enters Canada. The average cost is around $55 - $60, payment due when the package arrives.
Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska? Yes, email me to determine the shipping rate as you are not in the continental U.S. Do you ship to Puerto Rico? Yes, email me to determine the shipping rate. It will be delivered USPS, as UPS does not ship to your area. Do you ship to any other countries? No, I do not. If you are ordering from another country, I will refund your payment. I'm not comfortable using Paypal. Is there another option? You can purchase the unit online with the major credit cards. Step by step instructions below. If you prefer to not pay online, contact me via email and I will give you an address you can mail a check or money order to. 1) Click on the item or items you want, adding them to your shopping cart.
2) You will view the item in the cart as seen below. If you are ready to pay for the order, click on Proceed to Checkout.
3) Click on Continue if you don't want to log in using Paypal.
4) Fill out the form on the left side of the screen. Follow the directions for the rest of your order.
Next click on the circled area to continue to the final page to submit payment. That's all there is to it.
